I am an author who hopes to help others. I grew up in a small town called Seymour, Wisconsin near Green Bay, Wisconsin.  My father was a math teacher in the school district for over 25 years, and my mother worked at a dentist office and law office for a number of years, as well as volunteering. 

 

My first book was just printed titled, It's Ok Not To Cry. It is a book about my story as well as a few others on the topic of grief. My philosophy is nobody can tell you how to grieve. I had lost both of my parents by the age of 28...
